What Witch One does, what it doesn't, and what you can rely on.

Witch One is operated by Fertile Seed IT Solutions Est., licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under commercial licence no. 1112101, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Witch One is an information service. You submit a product link; we retrieve publicly available listing information and show you prices for the same or similar products at Noon, Amazon.ae, Namshi, 6thStreet and Trendyol.
Witch One is not a retailer, marketplace, agent, broker or reseller. We do not sell any product shown, take payment for products, hold stock, ship anything, or become a party to any contract you enter into with a store. We have no control over a store's pricing, stock, delivery, warranty, returns or customer service. Any purchase is a contract between you and that store, on that store's terms — direct all order, delivery, refund, warranty and product-defect issues to them.
Prices and availability change constantly, and what we show is a snapshot from the moment we last checked.

We may rate-limit, suspend or block access without notice if we reasonably believe you are doing any of these.
Every comparison is saved at a permanent address of the form /c/<code>. Anyone holding the link can open it. These pages are excluded from search-engine indexing, but they are not password-protected — treat them as shareable rather than private, and don't submit links containing personal information. You can ask us to delete a specific page; see the Privacy Policy.
The site carries advertising and may contain affiliate links from which we earn a commission. Neither changes the price you pay, and neither influences matching, ranking or the verdict. See the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
Outbound links take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, pricing, availability or their handling of your data.
Ours. The site, its design, code, matching logic and database structure, and the Witch One name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors. We also claim rights in our own selection, arrangement and presentation of comparison results — but not in the underlying product data itself. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the site for personal use.
Theirs. Product names, images, descriptions, prices, logos and trade marks belong to the respective stores, brands and rights holders. They appear here for identification and comparison only, in the quantity necessary to identify a product and state its price, and product images are served from the store's own servers rather than copied onto ours. We claim no ownership of them and no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any brand or store shown.
We want to be easy to deal with.
How we retrieve data. We retrieve only publicly accessible product listing pages, at low volume, for the purpose of price comparison. We do not access any password-protected, member-only or paid area of any store, and we do not attempt to circumvent access controls.
Removal and correction requests. If you operate a store, brand or marketplace, or hold rights in material shown here, and you want your listings corrected, attributed differently, or removed, email legal@witchone.ae with the store or brand name, the pages concerned, the basis of your request and your contact details. We will acknowledge within 5 working days and, where the request is valid, action it within 30 days. A request to stop retrieving a store's listings altogether will be honoured — we would rather remove a store than argue about one.
Users. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, use the same address and the same details.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that any particular store, product or feature will remain available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law — including your statutory rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, which remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
We may amend these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer to bring a complaint before the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism or another competent consumer protection authority.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours on notice as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
